Mobile provider Sure wants to build a new mast in the North of the Island to improve connectivity for Ramsey residents.
It's proposing to put up a new tree mast to replace the existing one at the Tower Farm site on the Mountain Road.
In its application, the company says the current structure can no longer provide sufficient coverage to those communities.
Sure is also seeking permission to build two small antennas at the TT grandstand to improve reception for visitors.
