Ronaldsway Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the weekend.
Forecasters say heavy rain will sweep the Island on Sunday, with up to two inches falling over higher ground.
The Met Office says that could mean localised flooding in some areas, particularly if drains are choked by fallen leaves.
The warning runs from 1am until 2pm on Sunday, October 19.
