A commemoration service to remember those who lost their lives in the Summerland fire takes place tonight.
50 people died in the disaster which happened on August 2 in 1973.
Tonight's event takes place at the Kaye Memorial Garden on Queen's Promenade in Douglas from 6.45pm.
Wreaths will be laid by Douglas Mayor Natalie Byron-Teare, Deputy Chief Minister Jane Poole-Wilson and a survivor Ruth McQuillan-Wilson.
