An Island glen will now be awash with colour and cheer during the festive season.
Douglas Borough Council has confirmed the illuminations at Summerhill Glen have returned to light up the beauty spot during the evenings.
The authority says the illuminations will come on each day between 4.30pm and 8.30pm until Wednesday, January 6.
In a post on social media, the council marked the occasion by saying 'it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas'.
