A mock Court competition was held last weekend for Sixth Form and secondary school students.
The Isle of Man Courts & Tribunals Service assigned pupils a role and a case so they could make or appose mock applications for Court Bail.
The 12 students from Ballakermeen, St Ninian's and King William's College, received guidance from trained advocates, with proceedings overseen by three Magistrates.
Alexander Armstrong, the Court's Legal Officer and Assistant Chief Registrar, says he hopes the experience will assist the students in their future career goals.
