GCSE students across the Island have been praised for an 'excellent set of results'.
It comes following 61.7 per cent of pupils achieving five A* to C grades - including English and Maths.
It's the highest on record from 2016.
The percentage of students gaining A* to A grades of equivalent is also up by four per cent this year.
It comes following more than 800 pupils picking up their GCSE results this morning.
