After making it to the semi-final of hit BBC show The Apprentice, Island telecoms entrepreneur Stuart Baggs was last night fired by Lord Sugar.

22 Year Old Stuart went out following a string of grueling interviews with some of Sugar's close business aides, he likened the experience to 'going 10 rounds with Mike Tyson'.

One of the interviewers flagged up a discrepancy he had with Stuart's CV, insinuating that he'd embellished certain aspects of it, something that proved to be his undoing.

Stuart's inclusion in this series has garnered him a huge fan base, with his one liners cementing his status as one of the shows most memorable contestants.

Appearing on the 'Apprentice: You're Fired' show Stuart came out to rapturous applause from the studio audience to face questions from host Dara O'Brian - whom Stuart presented with a jar of Manx Knobs.

Speaking about his firing it was clear that he was bitterly disappointed to get as far as the semi-finals only to get the boot.
