A local company has been the target of a cyber attack "of Russian Origin".
Strix Group - which makes kettle safety controls has issued a post on its website.
The business, based in Ronaldsway says its servers both on Island and in the UK were affected, but have now been restored and are fully operational.
It adds there has been no impact on customer order or sales - but has now appointed cyber security experts.
