A five-week strike by passport staff in the UK could have a knock-on effect on the Island.
The Isle of Man Passport Office says the five-week strike which began this week won't affect processing times for Manx residents, but might mean delays to deliveries.
It says it'll continue to process and issue Isle of Man passports as usual, but says circumstances beyond its control might prevent delivery within standard processing times.
It's advising people to make sure they submit passport applications in plenty of time to avoid the possibility of any delays.
