A strategy has been launched for the future of health services in Isle of Man.
It's a document put together by the Department of Health looking at the overall direction of health services for the next ten years.
There are several drivers behind the strategy such as changes in the population, medical training and greater public expectation.
Over the coming years there is to be more emphasis on prevention and early detection, and more work done in the community instead of hospitals.
