A new multi-purpose facility in Braddan will ‘lay a platform’ for the next 30 years, according to the infrastructure minister.
Work on the building officially began this week with a turf-cutting ceremony at the Strang Corner Field site.
It will be used as a community hub, child nursery, and sports hall upon its completion in 18 months time.
