Strang Close in Braddan will be resurfaced later this month, causing disruption to parking.
The Department of Infrastructure will begin works on Monday October 18 and will take approximately a month to finish.
Parking cones will be placed in sections of the estate where parking is suspended, and the public is asked not to park in those areas while work is taking place.
Letters have been sent to affected residents of Strang Close and Tynwald Terrace.
