Marown commissioners are appealing for motorists to keep their speed down after a series of incidents of pets being run over.
The local authority took to Facebook to issue a plea for drivers to slow down around the Ballagarey Estate.
It says a number of pets have been knocked over in the past few weeks - and the incidents could have been avoided if people have been driving slowly.
The board's asking people to drive considerately.
