Stolen taxi left crashed and abandoned

An investigation into the matter is now underway with Police wanting to speak to anyone who may have any information.

Police are appealing for information after a blue Peugeot 406 taxi was stolen from the arboretum car park in St Johns in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The vehicle was later found crashed and abandoned into a stationary vehicle on Station Road having caused extensive damage.

An investigation into the matter is now underway with police wanting to speak to anyone who may have any information.
