 
                            A Castletown MHK's asking for action on seagulls - after one bird stole his brother's lunch.
Jason Moorhouse will ask Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Geoffrey Boot what research his department's done into the gulls and their effect on the Island's population.
His question for written answer forms part of a special Tynwald order paper while parliament is in recess.
