The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company says it's sorry after it had to cancel crossings to and from Liverpool this weekend.
The company says yesterday's sailings and today's Monday crossings are cancelled due to a generator failure on the Manannan.
Passengers are being moved to the Manxman sailings in Heysham and are being offered coach transfers between the terminals.
The company says the vessel will need significant maintenance before it's back in service and the Ben-my-Chree is being brought back into action to help with overnight freight.
