The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has reiterated that it's ready to reach an amicable solution amid the ongoing industrial dispute.
Representatives say they're waiting at the table for Nautilus to do a deal.
The offer includes an additional six days leave, a 5% bonus for every day living on board, and no termination of employment.
The company says the average pay of officers is £65,000 excluding overtime and benefits.
It also says it wants to emphasise that including living on board as a working practice doesn't mean all seafarers will be expected to do so at all times.
There are currently 79 officers working for the Steam Packet, with 48 being members of Nautilus.
