The ferry company says since joining in 2010, Jay’s shown professionalism, drive, and a strong commitment to learning.
He worked his way up from Passenger Services to become an officer cadet.
Jay was joined on the bridge of Manxman by Master on duty, Lawrence who presented him with his epaulettes.
