The coastguard is warning the public to stay away from a large navigational beacon which has washed ashore.
A ten-foot buoy ran aground on the west coast of the Island over the weekend and it was reported on Sunday, February 22.
The emergency service says it's contacted its UK counterpart and lighthouse authorities.
However, it's asking people not to disturb the unsecured buoy as it may topple over.
