Statement from Manx Telecom regarding Bay Festival ticket refunds

Manx Telecom is naturally disappointed to learn that the Bay Festival is not to go ahead.

We understand that those who did buy tickets will receive a full refund, and we urge ticket holders to follow the festival organiser’s advice which is to register for a refund by writing to IOM Bay Festival Ltd, PO Box 1234, Peel, IOM, IM99 9YA on or before 17th June 2011 enclosing proof of purchase.

We understand that refunds will be made on or before 29th July 2011 and that claims for refunds can only be handled by post, not by email or telephone.
