Another business has revealed it's leaving the Strand Centre in Douglas.
The Avanti Cafe on the first floor says it'll close its doors for the last time in the middle of January.
In a message on Facebook it's thanked customers for their support over the last seven years but says it will close on the 15th because of refurbishment work being carried out.
Mothercare, HMV and the Manx Crafters Gift Shop have all announced they'll close since the centre was bought by UK retail giant Sports Direct.
The 40,000 square foot shopping complex was bought by Sports Direct in July.
Since the deal was announced, a number of long-time tenants have revealed they'll shut up shop.
Earlier this month, centre management took to Facebook to deny claims the new owner had doubled rents and treated tenants badly.
The post said they'd soon unveil plans outlining changes at the Strand Centre.
