Part of Ramsey Cottage Hospital will be closed on weekends for three months from next week.
Manx Care says that from July 6, the Minor Injuries Unit will close to manage significant staffing challenges.
It will remain open Mondays to Fridays between 8 am and 7.30 pm.
This weekend sees opening times of 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday, and 8 am to 2 pm on Sunday.
