Concerns raised by staff and patients at Noble’s Hospital have been ‘vindicated’ following a damning report.
That’s according to the Isle of Man Health and Care Association which has welcomed the findings by the West Midlands Quality Review Service.
It says the findings were ‘stark confirmation’ that the concerns were valid.
