Work to revamp the splash zone at Noble's Park is nearly complete, according to Douglas Borough Council.
A new water management system for it is close to being finished, with the authority saying it will save thousands of litres of water per year.
Officials added it means it won't be under risk of closure if there are water shortages such as those experienced across the Island last summer during warm weather.
The opening date for it has yet to be announced.
