Police are carrying out speed checks in Santon following resurfacing works.
There is currently a 30mph speed limit on the A5 Castletown to Douglas Road at Brown Cow Hill.
However, the Department of Infrastructure says a number of motorists continue to ignore the limit and put themselves and our team at risk.
The DOI adds its contacted the Police and have asked for their support to conduct enforcement action against those who are ignoring the speed limits.
