The games take place at the National Sports Centre on Saturday, May 10 and sees youngsters from schools across the Island competing in a range of events.
But organisers say their safeguarding policy means anyone taking photos - with cameras or on their phones - needs to fill in an application form for a registered photographer pass.
And they add the policy will be enforced by staff on the day.
