The manager of Manx charity Southern Befrienders is stepping down after seven years in the role.
Val Haslam has managed the charity since 2015 - and is now set to enjoy early retirement.
The charity supports more than 200 older, socially isolated people in the south of the Island.
Chair Jonathan Hall has called Val's contribution 'fantastic and the charity will be sorry to see her go.'
Suzanne Geoghegan will take over the reins from the start of 2023.
