Riders will take to the Billown Circuit later for a special memorial lap.
The annual event starts at the Southern 100 Club’s headquarters on the Castletown bypass from 2.30pm.
If you’d like to take part, organisers say your bike must be road legal.
Participants can meet up in the holding area from 2pm.
