A number of sailings over the next couple of days will face disruption due to ‘increased silting’ at Heysham Port.
The Ben-my-Chree is now due to depart at 9pm tonight, rather than 7:45pm, after receiving the latest depth chart.
The Steam Packet has also announced changes to sailings tomorrow morning, with the 2:15am boat now leaving Heysham at 3:15am, and the 8:15am sailing from Douglas also now set to depart an hour later.
There are no changes to tomorrow’s 2:15pm boat from Heysham, however the evening sailing from Douglas has been rescheduled to leave at 7pm.
The only further affected sailing is Wednesday’s 8:45am journey from Douglas, which will now leave at 8am.
