Cyber bullying needs to be tackled by society as a whole - not just by schools.
That's the message from the Department of Education and Children after concerns were raised about bullying in Island schools.
The latest Youth Survey shows 28 per cent of people had been bullied in the last year - 20 per cent of respondents said they'd been bullied online.
