Castletown commissioners are asking tenants not to panic if it looks like their rent hasn't been paid.
The local authority took to Facebook to explain a computer glitch this week meant some direct debit payments were delayed.
However, it says payments have been processed and they don't have to do anything, with payments expected to appear on accounts after the weekend.
The board says it anyone has any worries they can email accounts@castletown.gov.im
