A blind man from Ballasalla believes the Social Care Minister has broken his promise to protect the most vulnerable in society.
Radical changes to benefits were approved in April and affect many disabled people.
Dave McWilliams is 67 and lives with his wife who is also retired and completely blind.
Mr McWilliams worked at the Ronaldsway Aircraft Company as an engineer inspector for 30 years.
