The impact of the major snowfall earlier this year is still being felt across the Island.
The Department of Infrastructure’s highways division says it still needs to scale back to ensure it has enough money to cover all eventualities this winter.
The scale of the cleanup operation in March called for money to be taken from this winter’s budget.
