Emergency service teams rescued a man who fell near the Snaefell Summit.
This afternoon Coastguard, Fire and Rescue Service and ambulance teams were dispatched to the above location with the help of the injured man's What3Words app.
Snaefell Mountain Railway was commanded by Marine Operations to ensure a tram on its way to the Summit was able to take all rescue teams and equipment to where it was believed he was.
Crews arrived to find the man on his side and paramedics treated him at the scene.
All emergency service teams took the man to the tram and then took him to an ambulance at the Bungalow train station.
Douglas Coastguard posted to Facebook to thank tram staff and the Station Master for helping with a successful outcome.
