Smartmeter users say they're having difficulties using the Manx Utilities mobile app this morning.
A number of people have taken to Facebook, saying they can't see their current balance or make payments.
The SmarterLiving app allows people to pay for their power online and check their electricity usage.
Users say logging out, reinstalled the app and making sure phones and apps are up to date haven't solved the problem.
