Eighth Douglas East candidate sets out agenda

We need to take hard decisions or face disaster.

That's the stark warning from the latest candidate in the Douglas East by-election.

Richard Falk will stand for the seat made available following the retirement of Brenda Cannell.

The 48-year-old advertising copywriter is the eighth candidate to come forward alongside Clare Bettison, John McBride, Matthew Robinson, Geradline O'Neill, Jon Joughin, John Hanson and Cat Turner.
