Six bus services are facing possible cancellation later.
Bus Vannin says routes from Douglas to Port Erin, Ballachrink, Anagh Coar and Willaston may all be affected.
The buses at risk run from shortly before 4pm until just after 10pm.
It's after months of disruption caused by staff shortages and illness.
