A Douglas North candidate says she's well aware of the area's "issues and needs" as she's lived there most of her life.
Lynn Sirdefield has declared as a Manx Labour Party candidate ahead of September's General Election - saying she has a "no nonsense common sense approach to problem solving".
She says she's taken an active involvement in trying to raise awareness of mental health issues on the Island as well as leading campaigns including the implementation of the Sex Offenders Register.
