Silt blamed for more ferry disruption

The Steam Packet Company says passengers could face further disruption to services over the next week.

In a Facebook post, the ferry firm says silting at Heysham means some sailings may have to set off at different times.

Although most crossings remain unaffected, nine have had to be rescheduled so the Ben my Chree can use the Lancashire port.
