On Thursday of last week it was discovered that fence posts and a gate, which line the cliff edge, had been removed and thrown down onto the rocks.
An appeal for information has gone out after considerable damage was caused to the land surrounding Jeremy Clarkson’s Langness property.

Wire fencing was also cut away from fence posts.
The area is well used for public and recreational uses, it was walkers who first reported the damage.
The land is still the subject of a long running dispute between the Clarkson’s and PROWL, and is currently being dealt with in the High Court.
