A sidecar racer who was banned in Ireland was caught driving on the Mountain Road without a valid licence or insurance.
41-year-old Derek Lynch of Oakhill Court in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse after his case was adjourned because he'd been racing in the TT.
The court heard he was stopped by police on May 25 between the Bungalow and 32nd Milestone - and turned out to be serving an Irish ban.
The Isle of Man doesn't have a reciprocal agreement with the country and so Lynch was charged with the licence and insurance offences.
He was fined £850 and given six penalty points.
