The Island's Environment, Food and Agriculture minister is to face questions about whether a restored building dating back to the 1800s should be protected by law.
Garff Member Daphne Caine will ask Geoffrey Boot MHK whether he thinks the Nunnery in Douglas should be added to the Protected Buildings Register in Tynwald next week.
The mansion, located on Old Castletown Road, was built for John Taubman in the early 19th century.
It is now part of the University College Isle of Man as an Information and Computer Technology school of excellence.
