Should people with empty houses have to pay double the normal amount of rates?
That's what Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse wants to know in the House of Keys tomorrow.
During questions, he'll ask Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas about the issue.
In particular, Mr Moorhouse wants to know if the government has considered charging double rates on empty domestic properties.
