Sixty-eight pairs of shoes will be used to mark the life of someone who took their own life on the Island.
It's part of a Public Health event to mark World Suicide Prevention Day.
There will also be a memorial walk along the promenade on Wednesday, September 10 which will start by The Bee Gees statue at 7.45pm.
There will be information from local organisations and support groups outside Marks & Spencer on Strand Street in Douglas from 8.30am on Saturday, September 13.
