The Isle of Man has 'far better provision for public sector housing' than other Crown Dependencies.
That's according to Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson, following a network event in Guernsey.
Discussions were held on 'The Housing Crisis in the Crown Dependencies,' with Mr Watterson commenting that 'we have the space to build our way out of the housing shortage in a way that the Channel Islands don't.'
A number of Tynwald members attended the event, which also featured discussions on 'General Elections in Small Jurisdictions,' and other topics.
