Sherrock to compete in Island darts festival

Darts star Fallon Sherrock will be competing at the Isle of Man International Darts Festival later this week.

Sherrock rose to fame in December last year when she became the first woman to win a match at the PDC World Darts Championships before going on to make history by beating 11th seed Mensur Suljovic in the second round.

The darts festival, sponsored by PokerStars, runs from Thursday (March 12) to Sunday (March 15) welcoming players from across Europe to battle it out for ranking points and prize money in mens, ladies and pairs competitions.
