Coastguards were called to go to the aid of a sheep that was trapped on a cliff earlier this week.
Peel officers were called out at 5.30pm on Wednesday when a farmer reported the animal was stuck 40 feet below Devil's Elbow on the Peel coast road.
Rescue attempts had to be delayed for a day because of poor weather conditions.
However, officers reached the sheep yesterday and managed to lower it down to the beach below.
