A director of a shed-building business is facing trial after denying fraud.
44 year old James Ross Alexander Graham of Shore Road in Kirk Michael is accused of seven counts of fraud.
He's alleged to have taken deposits for work which he's said to have known his company A1 Sheds couldn't complete.
In total, he is said to have defrauded customers out of £42,000.
Magistrates said the case would have to be heard in the Court of General Gaol Delivery and bailed him to appear in court again on October 24.
