A small number of passengers suffered 'minor injuries' on the Manxman this morning, Monday, August 11.
It happened after the 8am sailing from Douglas to Heysham aborted its first approach to the port.
The Steam Packet says the master made a sharp turn to starboard after the vessel was 'out of optimum approach position.'
The company says no emergency response was needed despite the rolling that caused the injuries.
