A convicted sex offender who was jailed after being caught with more than 900,000 indecent images of children has reoffended after being released from prison.
Martin Andrew Cleator was jailed in 2017 - at the time the Isle of Man Constabulary said the case was the 'largest scale inquiry' it had ever undertaken concerning indecent images.
The 46-year-old, from Ballaquark, was arrested on June 12th last year after being caught with more than 8,000 indecent, still and moving, images.
Cleator admitted six offences at an appearance at Douglas Courthouse in December - however he denied a separate offence of breaking a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
He was due to stand trial for the alleged breach but at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday the charge against him was dropped.
Cleator will now be sentenced at the Court of General Gaol Delivery - he's been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his next appearance on January 28th.
